Custom Surveys, Inc. began operations in 2000 and has well over 50 years of combined experience across our team of professionals. We serve commercial insurance carriers, self-insured organizations, as well as municipalities, specializing in accurate and detailed loss control inspection and premium audit reports.
Reports are customized on a customer-by-customer basis to meet your specific needs. Report formats can easily be altered to provide the exact product that you expect from a loss control/auditing firm. We believe that the ability to customize your reports allows our company to stand apart from other vendors.
Loss control inspection reports are performed for both commercial properties and for residential dwellings. For each inspection, we will set an appointment with policyholders, will contact insurance agents as needed, and will perform thorough inspections for each property. Inspection reports are tailored for each customer to include detailed property information, a diagram, and supporting photos.
Customized recommendations are developed as needed to meet the exact requirements of our customers – tailored with phraseology requested by underwriters. Additionally, we perform exit interviews with policyholders to review recommendations or other areas in need of attention. We make every effort to deliver reports quickly and accurately.
For both physical and phone audits, we obtain and carefully review required financial information/documentation for each policy. Our customized audit reports provide detailed business operation information as well as audit totals calculated based on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Class code analysis is performed to ensure accuracy. Exit interviews are conducted with policyholders to review the audit totals developed and any other specific information. Underwriters are alerted when we discover information that could change the scope of a policy. We continuously strive to complete each audit in a timely and accurate manner.

Todd graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1993. Upon graduating, he went to work for a similar loss control inspection and premium auditing firm in New Orleans, LA. He was transferred to Little Rock in 1994, and worked in this capacity until Custom Surveys, Inc. was established in 2000. He has an FSR designation through the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission.
Rebecca graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1993, and obtained a Master of Science degree in 1995. She worked as a professional within the social service field from 1995 through 2004, assisting clients and patients with case management and discharge planning needs. In 2004 she joined Custom Surveys as a premium auditor.
Custom Surveys, Inc. currently employs five additional professionals performing premium auditing, loss control work, and premium audit review. The average experience of our team in these fields is over ten years each.
